Karen was born and raised under the Southern California sun about twenty-six miles from the beach. She spent many summers soaking up the rays and experiencing the ever-changing cultures.

  She has always enjoyed reading and writing from a very young age. So far she has written novels in the genres of Fantasy, Romance, and Science Fiction.

  She loves being outdoors and spending time with her large family, though she also loves curling up with a cup of coffee, a blanket, and a crackling fire while writing to the sound of rain.

  She has been married since 1985 and  has five children, and one grandchild.
